MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
SIONE PIKULA
Born and raised in Kāne‘ohe, O‘ahu, I’ve spent my whole life in or near the ocean. I was surfing before I could even swim, and the water has always been my second or (just) home. Surfing taught me connection, patience, and joy, and now I’m grateful for the chance to share that with others.
I love spreading aloha, seeing the smiles that come with catching that first wave, and helping create forever memories out on the water. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to grow your skills, I’m here to guide you with warmth, encouragement, and the true spirit of Hawai‘i. Let’s surf, laugh, and enjoy the ocean together!
AIDAN KRUSE
I was originally born on the San Juan Islands. My life has been always surrounded by water, from Costa Rica to the better part of my life here on Oahu. I’ve been attached to the water in every stage of my life, from getting thrown into shore break as a youngin’, to chasing swells as an adult.
I’ve now been sharing my love for the ocean to people around the globe, coaching surfing for 5 years. I believe everyone deserves to feel the serenity that a wave and the ocean can give. I hope to always give smiles, from teaching the Keiki, to the Kūpuna. Aloha Nui.
